Due by May 10th In order to guarantee proper clothing sizes
Protective equipment needed for program will be provided with completed registration.

The Jay Football Varsity/Middle school staff wants to help you prepare for your Middle School Season. Come join us through the summer to be ready for the Fall.

Non-Padded In June--T-shirt Shorts and cleats
